About Us

Emerson  has  been  a  CPA  since  1971  and  has  been  in  his

  own  paractice  since  1983.

Prior  to  going  on  his  own  Emerson  had  public  accounting  experience  in  a  both  a  national  and  regional  CPA  firm  as  well  as  significant  CFO  experience  in  private  industry.

We  have  established  a  strong  network  of  professionals  to  help  companies  establish  and  maintain  Employee  Stock  Ownership  Plans.

During  2019  we  added  Todd  Omer  to  our  staff.    Todd  is  a  CPA  with  over  ten  years  experience  in  a  regional  CPA  firm  and  significant  experience  as  CFO  in  private  industry.    Todd  is  bringing  youth  and  vitality  as  well  as  exceptional  capability  to  the  firm.

We  are  dedicated  to  bettering  the  world  we  live  in.    We  established a  501c3  organization,  Crossing  Boundaries  Inc.,  and  since  2010,  in  Kenya,  have  been  providing  support  for  living  and  education,  now  university,  to  twelve  highly  disadvantaged  youth  (street  kids/orphans) .    We  have raised  funds  for  ten  water wells,  supported  and  taught  at  numerous  marriage  conferences  for  Kenyan  pastors,  and  numerous  other  humanitarian projects  in  Kenya.     See  our  current  projects  at  Crossingboundariesinc.org
